I come to Hirosaki every year and have always been curious about this restaurant. Next time, I would like to try a full course meal of miracle apples.

The pasta, risotto, and squid ink fettuccine are all delicious, skillfully using local ingredients. There is no skimping on desserts or homemade bread, and I was satisfied until the very end.

The course flows beautifully from small appetizers to soup, fish dishes, palate cleansers, meat dishes, and dessert, and I enjoyed it all the way to the end. The poached white fish and beef fillet left a particularly strong impression, and everything was delicious. There was also a cold soup made with apples and a sweet and sour dessert, which made me feel the local character. The sweets were substantial, and I felt comfortable after the meal.
