This is a shop with a parking lot, making it easy to access by car. When you sit in the spacious tatami room, a relaxed atmosphere spreads out, bringing a sense of calm. The 100% pork hamburger set meal bursts with juicy meat flavor, and the umami is highlighted by just salt. The salad allows you to choose your preferred salt and oil, so you can fully enjoy the taste of the vegetables themselves. The carrot and corn tempura, along with the seasonal vegetable miso soup, are colorful and encourage you to eat more. When I ate the pudding I bought on the way home with sesame salt, a harmony of sweetness and nuttiness was created, naturally bringing a smile to my face.

The variety of game meat is incredibly rich, and I was able to enjoy not only wild boar and deer but also badger and brown bear. Each type of meat was free of any unpleasant odor and had a strong umami flavor, making it surprisingly delicious the moment it touched my mouth. The grilled vegetables were lightly steamed, so there was no worry about burning, and they could be enjoyed as warm vegetables with a soft texture. I was happy to be able to sit in a tatami room with my beloved dog, and the dog-friendly game food was devoured in no time. The refreshing flavor of the freshly squeezed sour drink paired perfectly with the meat's fat, making me want to go for seconds. The staff were friendly, and the open and airy atmosphere of the restaurant allowed me to relax throughout my visit.
