¡Fue increíble, tal como se decía! Comenzó con la explicación del chef, "¡tú te encargas de tu anguila!"
Probé el shiroyaki por primera vez y lo disfruté con sal. Era esponjoso y la textura era excelente.
La porción también fue satisfactoria, con arroz, sopa de miso, tofu frío y tomate, además de que se podía repetir el arroz.
El exterior y el interior tienen un aire retro,
no se puede resistir para quienes les gusta, jaja.
Después de comer,

It's very stylish and has a relaxing atmosphere. This time, I ordered a burger, and the buns were light and soft, which I personally liked! In addition to burgers, there are also meat dishes and à la carte options, so I definitely want to enjoy a hearty serving of meat next time!
