The menu is a showcase of first-rate cuisine. The dishes are prepared using carefully selected ingredients. As one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant, the food looks ordinary (sorry), but the taste is outstanding. The food may look ordinary at first glance (sorry), but the taste is superb. From the appetizers to the soba noodles, fresh sashimi, Manganji rice, and dessert, a sorbet with the aroma of kuromoji, it was very delicious.

The set menu with 12 small Chinese side dishes is bright in appearance and is a hearty meal for women. I was impressed by the variety of Chinese side dishes that can be enjoyed all at once. It was a wonderful lunch experience that satisfied all five senses.

Mita beef is the star, and every cut is very delicious. In particular, the harami (skirt steak) is rich in flavor, and the fat is not overwhelming, making it easy to eat. The tongue has a pleasant texture, and the loin is juicy and satisfying. The lean cut, tonbi, pairs well with wasabi, enhancing its flavor. The Japanese-style salad, kimchi, and the seaweed soup in the rice bowl are also delicious, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The menu also features rare cuts and offal, which are so popular that they sometimes sell out.
