There are memorable dishes such as liver finished at low temperature, sweetfish with sansho confit, and black clam simmered in soy sauce. The wine selection is extensive, and I appreciate that they carefully teach how to pair it with the dishes. There are also many options for craft beer, and I was able to relax while watching the cooking from the counter.
The service is attentive and the food is good, but it takes a long time to serve because it is crowded, and the food is different from what you ordered because of the crowd. However, the food is delicious. Especially the tempura!
