It seems that the ingredients are selected based on their condition for the day, so the content changes, providing fresh surprises each time. The interior, incorporating local materials, is enjoyable to see and touch, and the staff's response is pleasant, allowing for a relaxing experience.

It was a well-known and wonderful bar that ranked 25th in ASIA'S 50 BEST BARS 2025. Being a ryokan, it had a Japanese style but did not have the stiff atmosphere of an authentic bar; instead, it had a vibe similar to lively bars overseas. I think it's rare to choose from a menu with over ten different options, and that's why you can enjoy a deep drink filled with skill. The layered flavors are complex, and the way people perceive them varies, making it a unique cocktail bar. If I had to say something negative, it would be that the location isn't particularly good, but I still believe it's worth visiting.

All the dishes (course) were delicious, and after the course ended, I enjoyed sushi a la carte. Not only the owner but also the staff in the hall were bright and polite in their service, and the atmosphere with the hospitality and background music was calm, allowing me to spend my first visit without feeling nervous. However, like in many places, I thought that if the lighting were slightly dimmed, the atmosphere would have become more solemn and even more relaxing. I look forward to visiting again.

The portions were just right for women, and we almost finished everything. Since we enjoyed the presentation so much, I thought it would have been nice if there was a little more creativity in the presentation of the rice as well. The taste was good! I don't think it was otherwise, but there was a sense that the roughness stood out. One more thing that caught my attention was that the dishes were stylish and nice, but... I couldn't help but worry that they might be difficult to take away when clearing the table. That's all!!
