The fluffy dashi rolled omelet and miso cheese tsukune had a gentle sweetness and richness that made it hard to put down my chopsticks. The tempura of anago and oysters had a light batter, while the inside was moist, spreading the scent of the sea. Local dishes like basashi and spicy lotus root were also available, making this restaurant a place where I can fully enjoy the charm of Kumamoto every time I visit.
