Mi esposa y yo disfrutamos del curso Ayame. La sazón era robusta y la variedad y el volumen eran abundantes, lo que nos brindó una satisfacción que no esperábamos de la cocina vegetariana. La entrada al Daijiin, adornada con hojas de arce rojo y hortensias, aumentó aún más nuestras expectativas hacia el restaurante. La relación calidad-precio y la satisfacción general fueron altas, y si tengo conocidos que deseen probar la cocina vegetariana, definitivamente los recomendaría aquí primero.

Mientras disfrutábamos de la cocina vegetariana en una habitación privada con vista al jardín, quedamos impresionados por el sabor que ha sido preservado por una familia en Kioto, desde los ingredientes hasta los dulces de matcha. Muchas gracias.

The food was delicious and the service was good.

The service is smooth, and the meal progresses pleasantly. The initial cold soup is smooth, with the gentle sweetness of pumpkin and romanesco spreading nicely. The homemade rye and whole grain bread has a wonderful aroma, and is fluffy yet chewy, pairing well with olive oil. The fish, such as Spanish mackerel and sweetfish, is cooked just right, with a crispy crust and the impressive aroma of saffron and the freshness of lemon. The meat dishes showcase the quality of the ingredients, with the crispy texture of chicken skin and a dish combining pork belly with a cream of daikon. The desserts, such as ice cream accompanied by tomato and red shiso jelly or a strawberry dish, have a playful touch, and I was satisfied even with the tea and coffee served after the meal.

I was very satisfied with the restaurant, even though it was in a hotel! I liked that it was a la carte!
