The restaurant we recently visited with reservations during our visit to Ise was Bon Vivant. It was my first time using the restaurant, and I was impressed by the very courteous service I received when making a reservation over the phone. The menu has a wide variety of dishes, especially fish and beef dishes. The service staff was also excellent and we had a pleasant conversation. We had a pleasant time at Bon Vivant.

The first dish that came out was marinated baby horse mackerel, which had a perfect balance of sourness and sweetness, instantly whetting my appetite. The recommended grilled beef tongue was surprisingly tender, and the aroma was irresistible. The sashimi platter was beautifully colorful, and each piece was fresh and melted in my mouth. They even served boiled peanuts and pickled oysters as a complimentary treat, which is perfect for snack lovers. It's a cozy place where you can enjoy drinks while chatting with the friendly owner.

It was a vegetable-centered Japanese morning, and the grilled salt was very tasty. On weekdays, it was a private dining room where we could savor it in a relaxed atmosphere. Also, the curry day is also on the menu that I am interested in. Thank you for the meal.
