The interior of the shop, resembling a house by the sea, has a warm wooden feel that is very calming. The large windows and outdoor seating offer a panoramic view of the sea, and I was moved to see Awashima Island. Reservations are required, and the number of guests is limited, but this allows for a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes feature many home-style items made with local ingredients, and the salad, simply seasoned with seaweed salt and olive oil, is excellent. The specialty grilled dish is made with carrots, shiitake mushrooms, walnuts, eggs, and tofu, and it has a rich flavor that is unforgettable. The hojicha tea and fluffy cooked Koshihikari rice pair perfectly, leaving me fulfilled both in heart and in view.
