Renovated last November! We were impressed by the excellent food and service we experienced in this sophisticated restaurant with a wonderful night view.
I live quite close to Juso, so I can go there by bicycle.

I can't afford to splurge like I do every time I visit, but when it comes to luxury, teppanyaki is the way to go!

I made a reservation with my best friend who is a gourmet.

I think there are fewer people in Juso than there used to be, but on this day, there were a lot of people and it was very lively.

Teppanyaki restaurant Osaka on the top floor of the hotel called Plaza Osaka had an upscale atmosphere that made me nervous.

I decided not to drink alcohol today because I would enjoy the food! I had decided to, but since I was going to be there, I toasted with a glass of sparkling wine! (*'omega' *) lol The atmosphere is so intoxicating.

The appetizers are amazing.
First, the black radish wrapped in black mullet roe.
I was surprised again when I put it in my mouth. The balance of the flavors was well thought out. The delicate flavor of the black radish was more than enough to convey the deliciousness of the black radish.

Caviar and egg feast. The sweet and salty flavors come in turn. Delicious!

The sauce over the foie gras is strawberry confit.
I ate it like a dessert, but the strawberries did not disturb the richness of the foie gras, in fact, this sauce was so delicious that I thought it was easier to eat.

The truffle-scented soup is quite well-honed and deep. That harmony of flavors made me want to drink as many cups of this wonderful soup as I could.

The next time I came, the shell was peeled off and reappeared, still moving.
Then, it sizzled on the griddle. Too fresh and alive!
The chef handles it with a familiar hand. It was served right in front of us.
Wow! So plump! Sweet and very tasty!
The sauce made by scraping the shells was also too good and we ate it with a lot of it lol.

From there, the meat appeared! The main main flow is the best.
The filet and loin are said to be the highest grade of Omi beef. Yaay! LOL!

I think I am already full, but the chef returns and starts making garlic rice next.
The aroma is so good that my appetite is revived again! LOL!
The broth and soy sauce is first tossed with the rice, and then a dash of garlic soy sauce is added to finish it off. The aroma is really wonderful and delicious.
Of course I enjoyed it so much!

Along with pickles, miso soup with lobster atama appeared. It is a nice rice set for shime.
It is also delicious. The meat also had a little bit of meat on it, so I could enjoy it again.

Then came the dessert. Strawberry sherbet is very tasty and the fruit is just right.

The last dish was tea, which was served in Noritake cups and was very cute. The coffee cups were even cuter.

The staff took care of us the whole time, and it was a night when I really felt that a high-class restaurant is indeed different.

Inside the restaurant, there were seats at the counter in the front and in the back where you can enjoy the live atmosphere, and a private room with glass walls in front of it.
I heard that you can see beautiful Yodogawa fireworks in summer, so I thought it must be hard to get a reservation.

Food is not only available in Umeda and Namba, but there are many good restaurants in nearby stations, so when you travel, it would be nice to change the place you stay for a bit to Juso or other places and feel the local delicacies!
