The atmosphere was very good.

In a bright interior where you can feel the warmth of wood, you can relax right away. The staff's response is refreshing, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. There are many choices for appetizers, and the presentation is very beautiful. In particular, the horse mackerel carpaccio highlights the quality of the ingredients and is very delicious. The handmade pasta has a wonderful aroma, and the combination with vegetables and white fish is excellent. The warm homemade bread also spreads the scent of wheat gently, adding another favorite to my list.

At the Japanese restaurant in the hotel, you can relax in a quiet space. You can enjoy a view of the garden from seats with partitions, making you feel like you're in a ryokan (traditional inn). In the morning, a beautifully arranged Japanese breakfast is served, featuring side dishes that go well with rice. The local Koshihikari rice is fluffy and fragrant, making it hard to resist. The dishes are full of umami from the dashi (broth), and the rice topped with dashi is also very delicious. The evening kaiseki (traditional multi-course) meal features unique dishes, and the staff's attentive service makes for a pleasant experience.

From the time you order to the time your food is delivered, it is speedy. The food is also very tasty. Unfortunately, there was no all-you-can-drink beer, and the iced coffee was warm and very thin. I wish they had paid more attention to soft drinks as well, since some people do not drink alcohol.

Royal Road Whenever I eat something in Gotemba, I personally choose either Meitetsu Naikan or Sawayaka (laughs). Meitetsu Nanakan is a spacious restaurant that serves Chinese food with a classic flavor. The menu is extensive, so you can enjoy tasting delicious dishes with your family or friends. The tantanmen and pork with garlic sauce are especially delicious.

We went with a toddler, a second grader, and four adults. Although there were two adults who didn't drink beer, we all had a good time. The food was delicious, and it was great to be able to try a variety of dishes. At times, we had to wait in line to get the food, but by adjusting our timing a bit, we were able to avoid the lines, so the children were very satisfied.

Of course the meat is delicious, and the service from the staff is also good. I would like to go again.
