We went as a family of four to celebrate a special occasion. The appetizer platter was enjoyable both visually and in taste, and I absolutely recommend it. The pasta was not only delicious, but also cooked to perfection with a wonderful al dente texture, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you, Grazioso, for always serving such delicious dishes.

Amidst the closure of sushi restaurants in Tanashi, I finally visited the long-awaited sushi shop that has opened. The prices are reasonable and the taste is excellent. The flavor of the boiled sea bream was particularly exquisite. There is also a wide selection of sake, and I was able to enjoy some delicious drinks. The service has a very family-friendly atmosphere, creating a great vibe. I definitely want to visit again.

In a quiet interior where you can feel the warmth of wood, I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal. It was enjoyable to watch the careful preparation right in front of me, making the waiting time pleasant. The sesame tofu and the small assortment of dishes that were served first had a refined taste, raising my expectations. The abalone and junsai in the bowl had a beautifully fragrant broth, and the sashimi allowed me to fully appreciate each texture and sweetness. The grilled sweetfish and tempura of pike eel were fragrant and light, pairing well with the drinks. The final dish of rice cooked in a pot was also aromatic, and combined with the warm hospitality, it left me feeling happy until the very end.

In a cozy space with only a counter, the moment of waiting for the food is pleasant. The appetizer salad that came out first was full of vegetables, and the marinated fish hidden underneath spread a refreshing umami flavor. The chef's special salad made with seasonal ingredients was also juicy, allowing me to feel the strength of the ingredients themselves. The large shrimp in the ajillo was plump, and the broth soaking into the baguette was irresistible. The grilled Saga beef I ordered as the main dish was not overly fatty, and I was able to enjoy it lightly until the end, paired with grilled vegetables. By the time I reached dessert, I was full, but thanks to the friendly staff's smiles, I was able to spend the whole time feeling happy.

Anyway, the fish is delicious. If you want to eat fish, this is the place to come. They serve sashimi of Japanese common squid, which is served alive, so it is chewy and delicious, and they serve geso and emperor as tempura or boiled. The tempura was excellent! They have a large selection of dishes and the non-fish dishes such as fried fish, potato salad, etc. were also very good! The waitresses were very nice and smiling and I would go back again!

The interior has both tatami seating and a counter, creating a stylish atmosphere with red lanterns that makes it comfortable. The menu features interesting skewers like 'breakfast' and 'bath', which made me excited just by their names. The A5 Wagyu beef sushi is grilled right in front of you, and its melting texture brings a smile to your face. The 'Emerald' chikuwa tempura spreads the aroma of the sea, making the drinks go down easily. There are plenty of side dishes like lettuce rolls and shrimp kimchi, so you can enjoy it all the way to the end without getting bored. While ordering various dishes with friends and laughing, I realized that both my stomach and heart were completely satisfied.
