Sushi with Tiffany of my dreams @ Kitashinchi | Delicious food and happiness♪ After Corona, I want to eat sushi too! That's how I've been trying to eat at home! I can't believe how sad I am that I can't eat out... As a reward for my hard work, I was taken to sushi! Sushi Dori Located in Kitashinchi Eirakucho Street Espation Yamada Building, 6th floor As soon as you enter, you will see Tiffany & Co. goods lined up. The Tiffany blue color is fresh and beautiful! It's a woman's dream, isn't it? Inside the restaurant, there is an L-shaped counter seating area. The tables are all private rooms, and the side along Route 2 must be beautiful! Cheers! ■Project Quattro Premium Réserve ¥800 There was a glass of sparkling wine, so I chose that. In Kitashinchi, where there are many bottles only, it's nice to have a glass! Let's quench our thirst and enjoy! The course meal is 12,000 yen! ■Soup Small boar's-bowl sized soup If you eat something warm first, it will warm up your stomach, so you can eat a heaping portion from now on! It's kind and comforting! Sea urchin and salmon roe on rice Here it is! The Tiffany blue tableware is still very exciting! Inside is a mini bowl of uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe) on vinegared rice, with a small piece of ikura and sea urchin. Appetizer The appetizers included mussels, cream cheese marinated in tamari soy sauce, and mozuku seaweed! The appetizers for sake are all lined up! I really like boiled mussels! Here, the nigiri starts! ■Toro with red vinegar Shimaebi - Vinegared shrimp with yellow soy sauce Vinegared squid with salt and yuzu Seared Hokki-gai with red vinegar The rice is served with red vinegar and white vinegar depending on the ingredients. The first Toro was so big that only the rice was warm and melted in my mouth, which surprised me a little. I wondered if this was done on purpose. The shimabebi was sweet and sticky, and the yolk soy sauce made it even richer! The squid was refreshing with a hint of yuzu and salt, and the hokki-gai shellfish was seared to give it a savory aroma and flavor! ■Yakimono Grilled eel with salt Saikyo-yaki Gindara (cod) This saikyo-yaki is plump, holo holo, and umma! Tuna with red vinegar and yuzu Vinegared tiger prawn The tuna was well marinated, but when you try it, you will be surprised that it doesn't taste like a ganache, but rather a gradual spreading.
