Sushi with Tiffany of my dreams @ Kitashinchi | Delicious food and happiness♪ After Corona, I want to eat sushi too! That's how I've been trying to eat at home! I can't believe how sad I am that I can't eat out... As a reward for my hard work, I was taken to sushi! Sushi Dori Located in Kitashinchi Eirakucho Street Espation Yamada Building, 6th floor As soon as you enter, you will see Tiffany & Co. goods lined up. The Tiffany blue color is fresh and beautiful! It's a woman's dream, isn't it? Inside the restaurant, there is an L-shaped counter seating area. The tables are all private rooms, and the side along Route 2 must be beautiful! Cheers! ■Project Quattro Premium Réserve ¥800 There was a glass of sparkling wine, so I chose that. In Kitashinchi, where there are many bottles only, it's nice to have a glass! Let's quench our thirst and enjoy! The course meal is 12,000 yen! ■Soup Small boar's-bowl sized soup If you eat something warm first, it will warm up your stomach, so you can eat a heaping portion from now on! It's kind and comforting! Sea urchin and salmon roe on rice Here it is! The Tiffany blue tableware is still very exciting! Inside is a mini bowl of uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe) on vinegared rice, with a small piece of ikura and sea urchin. Appetizer The appetizers included mussels, cream cheese marinated in tamari soy sauce, and mozuku seaweed! The appetizers for sake are all lined up! I really like boiled mussels! The bitterness is pleasant. I love the thoughtfulness of making it easy to remove so that it is easy to eat! I was able to eat it as it was without breaking it! Cream cheese tastes so much better just by dipping it in soy sauce! Sake! I can't wait to try it! The mozuku seaweed was sour! Tiffany blue plates this time! Assorted Sashimi grilled hamo (hamo conger eel) Lightly smoked bonito Marinated Kampachi (yellowtail) In the glass was the smoked bonito! The softly fragrant aroma of the smoked bonito lingers in the mouth even after eating! Hamo (Japanese conger eel) has come out - summer is coming! Lightly seared and served with grilled frosting! I like to eat hamo this way because it adds a savory flavor! Here, the nigiri starts! ■Toro with red vinegar Shimaebi - Vinegared shrimp with yellow soy sauce Vinegared squid with salt and yuzu Seared Hokki-gai with red vinegar The rice is served with red vinegar and white vinegar depending on the ingredients. The first Toro was so big that only the rice was warm and melted in my mouth, which surprised me a little. I wondered if this was done on purpose. The shimabebi was sweet and sticky, and the yolk soy sauce made it even richer! The squid was refreshing with a hint of yuzu and salt, and the hokki-gai shellfish was seared to give it a savory aroma and flavor! ■Yakimono Grilled eel with salt Saikyo-yaki Gindara (cod) This saikyo-yaki is plump, holo holo, and umma! The miso has a nice heat to it and it's delicious! You can't go wrong with sake! Eels are grilled with salt and wrapped on skewers! This way of eating is very interesting, isn't it? From here, another nigiri! Tuna with red vinegar and yuzu Vinegared tiger prawn The tuna was well marinated, but when you try it, you will be surprised that it doesn't taste like a ganache, but rather a gradual spreading. The subtle scent of yuzu was refreshing. The tiger prawns were so elastic and plump! The prawns had a very sweet taste and were completely different from the first prawns! The beautiful shape of the prawns was enchanting! What's inside the gourd-like shape? Cold chawanmushi! Micro tomatoes and okra are gorgeous when you open it up! The perfect cold dish for this gloomy season! The dashi broth is also very effective, and I enjoyed it without hesitation! BETARA One of my favorite pickles, moist, crunchy, and fresh! simmered conger eel with white vinegar The soft conger eel melted in your mouth. It only took a moment, just a moment! I like conger eel sushi, but it's sad that the moment when I think it's delicious is so short. I want to enjoy the aftertaste more! Anago Tamago This egg is like a pudding! There is no surimi in the egg, so it is smooth to the tongue. KANPYO MAKI Nori is placed, rice is placed, and kanpyo is placed on top! Because it is a style that you roll yourself, I like the crispy nori and the slightly sweet kanpyo! Miso soup with aosa seaweed The aroma of aosa is irresistible! The dashi broth will soooooo soak into your stomach! ■Dessert The last dessert was a rice cake wrapped in red bean paste! It was cool and the sweetness was elegant, so even though I was full, I ate it in one bite! The food is important, but when it's something luxurious that you don't usually use at home, it makes you feel more happy and enjoyable. Just looking at the Tiffany blue color makes me happy! At the end of the meal, I was told that the sparkling plate on which the sushi was served was also from Tiffany & Co. The atmosphere is soft and relaxed, so it would be a good place to make your first non-spinning sushi debut! It had been a while since I had had solid sushi, and I was happy to be able to enjoy it! Thanks for the food! Kitashinchi Sushidori 050-5456-5284 Espation Yamada Bldg. 6F, 1-10-1 Sonezakishinchi, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka
