The young sushi prodigy's skill is impressive from start to finish. A sushi restaurant where you can feel again the gratitude to be able to eat♪ I want to eat sushi. With that comment from a friend whose birthday was coming up soon, another friend chose this restaurant as the second restaurant for her birthday party. Kitashinchi. There were fewer people than usual, and as I was walking along, wondering if it was a recharging period for tomorrow's weekend, I saw a curtain on the first floor of a small building. From the outside, the restaurant is very stylish and I sense a sense of style. When I finally entered the restaurant, I found that there were only seven counter seats in the restaurant, giving it a live atmosphere. Reservations are made in two parts, and this time I attended the second part. First, a hand towel was placed on the table and we got started. I was very excited and nervous with anticipation. Corn mousse The corn mousse was topped with dashi broth and swordtip squid, The dashi broth and squid on top were accented with chopped radish. Other ingredients included white corn called "Snow Fairy" and Junna (Junnae) from Akita Prefecture, Junna from Akita Prefecture were also served. The natural sweetness from the corn alone was very tasty, and the salty broth was a perfect match. I feel that the well-balanced taste is one of the things that raise the level of this restaurant to a higher level. Baba eggplant stewed in jade This is another luxurious dish. The yam is spread on top of the eggplant and topped with white shrimp. The shiso flowers give the dish a sharp taste and make it truly delicious. Sashimi Sashimi is served on a lotus leaf. The water dripping on the lotus leaf is a nice touch. Hamono yubiki is dipped in plum porridge. The horse mackerel is served with chiri-zu vinegar, a blend of various vinegars. The korinky is pickled in a shallow dish and is very tasty. Sushi Squid Izaki (Japanese anchovy) Matsukawa Flounder Horse mackerel from Kada Barracuda (kombu-braised, seared and delicious!) Sea bream (with a little bit of akegara-mashigiri on top for a nice taste!) Once here, we took a sushi break. A set of snacks called "Hachisun Tairagi (flat shellfish) This is crunchy and very tasty! Young ayu fish It has a bitter taste with just the right amount of salt! It's the number one item that goes well with sake. Boiled sweet potato with lemon Bite size. The lemon gives it a refreshing sweetness! Baked Hamaguri with Yuzu Miso The hamaguri is delicious, but so is the miso, The gentle broth is great when you sip the juice on the shellfish at the end. Ishikawa Kaga Vegetable Kintoki Grass boiled and served with pounded yam The purple-colored soup is impressive. It is light and easy to eat. It is so delicious. Sushi resumes from here. Sushi Kinmedai (sea bream) Thick meat and rich taste. Impressively delicious. Fuefki-dai (sea bream) This is also very tasty. It was an impressive gem that had been aged for about 10 days. The sushi as a whole is made with aged fish, It had a sticky texture and was all very hard to find. Creative sushi? Murasaki sea urchin This one appeared in a bowl. The reason why it came in a bowl was because if it were made into a gunkan, there would be too much sea urchin on top. This is impressive. Even after eating the sea urchin, the sea urchin comes up from underneath. LOL. The nori (seaweed) is also lightly seared and accented. Here, the sushi stopped for a moment. ●Nimono Kaseda pumpkin Minced chicken and pork with scallop and white onion Edamame and new lotus root with myoga The taste of each ingredient can be felt in this dish. The taste seems to be pulled out by the pumpkin, but the white onion and myoga reset the flavor and made me enjoy the richness of the minced meat again. Next is the last sushi. Sushi Tuna from Shiogama, Miyagi Prefecture Toro (tuna). It's so delicious! I can eat 15 more pieces. LOL! Shiogama conger eel This is not served with sauce, but with yuzu (Japanese citron) and salt. It is very fluffy and the best. Soup Tofu and onion in red soup The sansho (Japanese pepper) gives a spicy kick at the end. A calming taste as if to suppress the excitement of what we had just eaten. It was very delicious. Dessert Brown sugar ice cream They said they like to make many kinds of homemade ice cream, and there were less than 10 kinds lol. Among them, I chose the brown sugar, and it was a great choice. It was so rich and deliciously sweet! While they do cook, they are also very particular about their desserts, which is wonderful. I'm going to make a long story short, but I decided to say that it was the most delicious and that my favorite food is sushi! I have decided to say that sushi is my favorite food! I highly recommend this restaurant, so please go there. The only course is the 17,000 yen course! Sake is also carefully selected, so if you like sake, please try pairing with it. Thank you for the meal!

Sushi restaurant with excellent Japanese food! Enjoy Osaka during the day at a bar or ice cream shop (; ・・`д・´), but at night you still want to eat something delicious ( ✧Д✧) Kakk! We went to this restaurant in downtown Kitashinchi (; ・・`д・´)・The restaurant has only 7 seats at the counter, and we made a reservation for the second round at 20:30 ( ✧Д✧) Kak! The young owner smiles and guides us in...mmmm...he looks like someone else...(థ౪థ) The owner, who is from Aichi Prefecture, offers us vivid dishes and nigiri...( ´థ౪థ) The dishes here are completely customizable courses based on the day's stock. Black king pumpkin and fresh yuba with walnut soy sauce Bowl of scallop mijo and matsutake mushrooms, with the aroma of matsutake mushrooms when you open the lid! horse mackerel squid gohan with salmon roe and grated yam barracuda snapper Bonito mixed with a variety of ingredients 　grilled bonito with miso 　boiled clam and crab with chrysanthemum greens 　Yuzaki nebuka and swordtip squid 　Tofu paste with persimmon, pear and muscat 　rice cooked with mukago and ginkgo nut yellowtail Japanese Spanish mackerel sea urchin Jingoemon potatoes with mushrooms sauce tuna conger eel Tofu and burdock root in red miso soup In between the bright and delicious dishes, the nigiri was served at just the right time, which made me want to drink more sake. The owner explained the rare sake to us, and we were very satisfied! And when he handed me the sea urchin...I thought he looked like someone like Yuzuru Hanyu (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧ the prince of the sushi world...Thanks for the food!

Sushi for special occasions My partner's birthday! What do you want to eat? I ask him what he wants to eat and he says, "Sushi! To show our appreciation, let's make sushi in Kitashinchi! Research various high-end sushi in Kitashinchi I am not knowledgeable about sushi, so I am reassured by the reviews of my followers who are good at sushi. After reading the reviews carefully, I decided to go to Sogoro's! I decided to go to Sogoro's! The deciding factor was the homey atmosphere. I was looking for a warm restaurant like this, rather than eating while a little nervous! The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Shinchi Liberty Building on the main street. The restaurant has only 8 seats at the counter, and is run by the proprietor and his wife, the proprietress. The menu is omakase (special menu) for 10,000 yen. Of course, they will take your dislike into consideration! Please ask us if you would like more Ate or Nigiri on the day of your order! My partner, who does not drink alcohol, asked for more nigiri! I had Umeshu (plum wine), and this one was served with Junmai-shu (pure rice wine) made by a sake brewery! Unlike shochu, this sake is mellow, mild and gentle! It's interesting to see the different flavors of plum wine when the sake used is different! Dishes we had this day vinegared mozuku seaweed, grilled domestic paprika, kombujime octopus Meichi-dai (sea bream) Giant grouper wrapped with a vinegared flower Vegetable soaked with kintoki herb, tomato, grilled onion, direct from Kyoto Bonito with radish First, we had the entrée! We started with a refreshing vinegared dish that is great for summer! The grilled bell peppers and kelp sashimi with octopus inside were very intricate! Such careful preparation from the very first dish, it really raises expectations! The bigeye snapper was fatty and crispy! The giant grouper is also wrapped in a flower, and is very fine! Nigiri (hand-rolled sushi) Squid sea urchin, sea urchin from Awaji Island Bigeye snapper Indian bluefin tuna Medium fatty tuna Natural kanpachi Horse Mackerel Button lobster (Metanephrops japonicus) Just the right amount of rice to make it easy to eat with a crunch! The vinegar is not too strong and just right. The rice is a little sticky, but it's acceptable. The nigiri is so delicious that it makes you happy! The squid and sea urchin are twice as delicious in one piece, The moistness of the squid and the richness of the sea urchin are irresistible! The natural kanpachi is a large cut, full of fat and delicious! The botan shrimp is a large size, moist and juicy! Luxury! Here are two more dishes! Densuke conger eel with yuba bean paste! Steamed egg custard with hamo no yubiki with onion sauce Densuke conger eel is steamed so it soaks up the softness of the yuba bean paste! And this chawanmushi is superb! It is filled with plump hamo (conger eel) and topped with onion sauce! It was hot, but the sweetness and texture of the onions really stood out! Nigiri Wajima Sea Tuna Kohada Mytilus galloprovincialis Yaito Bonito Anago Salt Wasabi and Tare The second half of the nigiri was all delicious! The nodoguro (sea bream) had seared skin and was savory, fatty and delicious! And finally, the conger eel! This is a steamed conger eel, available in two types: Tare and Shio Wasabi! The tare (sauce) is delicious, but the shio wasabi goes great with the wasabi! The large grains of salt gave it a nice crunchy texture! Miso soup Miso soup to finish off the meal! It contains the head of a button shrimp, edamame (green soybeans), okawakame (dried seaweed), and tofu! The aroma of the shrimp and the soup stock is very strong! I thought it might look a bit clumpy with so many ingredients. I thought it might be a bit clumpy. But I could enjoy various textures and tastes, and it was surprisingly well put together! Sushi in Kitashinchi is really delicious! The owner and proprietress are very personable and comfortable. I was very interested in their stories of working in Las Vegas and their knowledgeable experiences! I heard that foreigners often come to this restaurant! I guess it's because the owner speaks English and knows about other countries! I'm glad my partner was so pleased! We'll have to go back for some other anniversary! Thanks for the food!
