● The secret to its deliciousness, part one: The volume of meat. A generous serving of beef belly, pork belly, and small intestines that lives up to its name with a substantial amount of meat. Part two: Addictive sweetness. Using Kyoto-produced white miso, the refined sweetness enhances the umami of the meat. Part three: Punchy seasoning. The strong black pepper effectively balances the sweetness of the broth and the umami of the meat. ● How to enjoy meat motsunabe deliciously: ① Heat over medium heat (snap a photo first). The vegetables will sink. <The umami of the vegetables will dissolve into the soup.> ② Once it starts to boil, the vegetables will completely sink. Wait until the vegetables become tender. <More umami... still have to wait.> ③ Once the vegetables are fully submerged, break up the meat. <The umami of the meat will... but still, wait.> ④ Thank you for your patience, it's ready. Please add chili oil and Sichuan pepper to your liking and enjoy. ⑤ After finishing, definitely try the mixed noodles as a finale... <The homemade chili oil mixed noodles are exquisite, and adding an egg makes it even better. *Secret menu: Extra rice.>
