Torizen Seo" is a yakitori restaurant that is difficult to make reservations for, and is said by some to have the best yakitori in Japan and the world. The restaurant's classy interior, ingredients, and masterful grilling techniques are a pleasant surprise at ¥2,700 for eight skewers, which you can leave to the chef. The chicken sashimi was sweet and sticky, and the kujo leek and udo no nuta were served to each of us without a word. The skewers were all beyond description. Especially the tsukune! The texture of the cartilage and minced meat from various parts of the body are refreshingly mixed together, and the salt and wasabi add even more flavor. Also, I have never been a fan of liver, but it too was sweet and moist. The amount of salt and the sauce are exquisite. The yakitori donburi is also available in a half-size, which is great for women. The resilient meat is covered with a delicious sauce and topped with a minced chicken and shishito peppers. I regretted having only a half size. Seating is limited to the counter and one private room. It can be used for both dates and business entertainment. While I think that many men are old friends at delicious and cosy restaurants, half of the counter was occupied by two men here as well. The wines and champagnes that go well with yakitori are reasonably priced. Half bottles are also available. You can also order skewers a la carte. The prices are very reasonable.

Seo" is a popular yakitori restaurant that is difficult to reserve and has many enthusiastic fans. The secret to its popularity is the quality of the meat, the luxurious interior that can be used for dates and business entertainment, and the wide selection of wine and sake. Sashimi, a la carte dishes, and skewers are all delicious. The liver is so popular that more than half of the customers order additional portions. This is a great cosy restaurant that you should definitely visit once.
