The interior is very clean, and I feel excited about the aquarium at the entrance. The dishes make use of local ingredients, and the presentation is beautiful and delicious. In the morning, the buffet offers a variety of regional flavors, and the dishes with a rich dashi left a strong impression. There were also fresh fish dishes, and the flavor of the liver of the flatfish was simply delightful. The live cooking right in front of me created a vibrant atmosphere, lifting my spirits even before I started eating. The Kaga plum wine is smooth and easy to drink, and the Noto beef steak and teppan fried rice each showcased their own qualities, leaving me satisfied.
