The food is Edo-mae and is mainly purchased from Hokuriku and Hokkaido. Since they also have a restaurant in Niseko, they purchase from Otaru, and they have very good anglerfish, kinki, buff sea urchin, etc., so they have the strongest lineup of sushi, which is followed by nibbles and nigiri.
