GANDEN's butter chicken is not a flavor you can find everywhere. It carefully brings out the acidity and sweetness of tomatoes, layering the rich depth of fermented butter with the aroma of spices, resulting in a rich flavor that does not become heavy until the very end. Additionally, it is served with two types of onion-based achaar: green chili achaar (refreshing spiciness and acidity) and red chili achaar (classical spiciness), expressing a 'story on a plate' that changes in flavor as you continue to eat. You can choose between juicy chicken thigh or healthy chicken breast at no extra charge. May your lunchtime in Kagurazaka become a slightly special time.
The signature butter chicken curry that is the origin of GANDEN. It is a rich preparation layered with the deep flavor of fermented butter and the umami of tomatoes. It is rich yet not heavy, leaving a pleasant aftertaste until the end. Enjoy the flavor changes to your liking by adding spiciness and acidity with green chili/red chili achar.
A limited quantity menu that incorporates the richness of demi-glace carefully prepared from amber-colored onions into butter chicken. It has a heavy feel like Western cuisine, with a rich flavor that lingers with spices. The satisfaction is akin to hashed beef, but it is finished lightly with chicken. *This contains wheat flour.
A gentle-tasting butter chicken that luxuriously uses green and yellow vegetables such as spinach and komatsuna. It started as a dish made for my pregnant wife's nutrition, balancing a lightness that helps the body feel good with the richness of butter. It is recommended for days when you want to eat healthily or when you want to spend a pleasant afternoon.
A dish that allows you to enjoy the acidity and sweetness of tomatoes and the richness of butter straight away. This menu lets you fully savor the deliciousness of the roux without chicken. Please enjoy the light yet profound flavor, with the aroma of spices and the umami of tomatoes spreading.
A deep and rich aged keema curry that condenses the aroma and umami of spices. This dish allows you to experience the charm of spices from the initial aroma to the lingering finish. Please enjoy comparing its deliciousness, which is different from butter chicken.
Generously topped with aromatic and refined Gouda cheese and Pecorino Romano cheese.
This is a uniquely juicy keema curry that uses a lot of spices and is aged to lock in the umami flavor.
