The interior has a bright gray tone and a calm atmosphere. It's exciting to see the cooking process from the counter. The bite-sized appetizers are light and the different textures are enjoyable. The lightly smoked bonito and the scallops paired with black garlic sauce were very impressive. The Iberico pork is surprisingly tender, and the balance of flavor and sauce is excellent. The finishing touches of cheese and honey, along with the rich cheesecake, provide a high level of satisfaction.
