Precautions when making a reservation
◆Please pay with credit card only
◆We open reservations on the 1st of each month for the following month.
◆ Please note that we may not be able to meet your request regarding seat selection.
◆Please order the same course in the group.
◆ For reservations for 9 people or more, please contact the store directly.
◆ Cancellation policy: Please inform us of any cancellations by the day before. Cancellations on the day will incur a 100% charge of the course price per person.
◆ If you cannot contact us after the reservation time of 15 minutes, we may be forced to cancel, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
◆ We may decline the reservation for guests with multiple dietary restrictions, including lactose intolerance or dairy allergy, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or restrictions on shellfish or garlic, etc.
Depending on the timing of your request, it may be subject to our cancellation policy.
◆ If you have any time constraints, please let us know when making your reservation.
While we will do our best, we may not always be able to accommodate your request.
Please note that requests made on the day may result in some courses not being served.
◆We welcome children aged 10 and above who are able to enjoy the same course menu as adults.
We kindly ask that children who are unable to enjoy the full course not be brought to the restaurant.
◆Bring your own bottle 10,000 JPY/Bottle (tax exclued).
◆ Please note that we do mot provide cold weather gear to prevent the spread of infection.
