This long-established fugu restaurant in Roppongi stands out among fugu restaurants in Tokyo in terms of popularity, quality, price, and difficulty in making reservations. The fried blowfish is highly recommended. Those who have eaten there say, "Once you try their fried fugu, you will not be able to eat it at any other restaurant. Currently, due to its popularity, the restaurant only accepts referrals, but if you have the chance, please give it a try.

Ajiman the other day. The oversized size of the fried fish is seriously badass 🤧🥳. I've never seen such a big deep fried blowfish before! We had 2.5 servings of fugu sashimi for 3 people, It was a thick slice so that alone filled us up 🥳. Just biting into it gave me the maximum blowfish feeling 🐡🥳. Taste 8 Especially the fried fish was unusually good among all the fried fish I've ever had. Service 8 It was good! Atmosphere 7 Cospa 7 45,000-5,000/person without drinking alcohol Direction 7 It's a reasonable presentation. I would like to revisit again 🥳. #

[Ajiman" is one of the most popular places to enjoy fugu (blowfish). Located in Ura-Roppongi, this restaurant is far from the ever-changing hustle and bustle of Roppongi, and time seems to have stood still. The warmth of the restaurant is the result of the owner and his family's longtime management. In addition, friends from the neighborhood also come to help out. The restaurant is a perfect example of a "second home. This time, in addition to the usual fugu dishes (sashimi, chiri, karaage, shirako, shioyaki, and zosui), we were served konbu with baby kelp, namako vinegar, and mozuku vinegar to go with the fin sake. The kelp with baby kelp was magnificent. The kelp was cut into large pieces and was very satisfying to eat while enjoying the texture. I can't think of any other restaurant that serves fresh sea cucumbers combined with vinegar that has just the right acidity. The best way to enjoy fugu is sashimi. It is exceptional to eat it with a lot of red kidney beans. I recommend leaving the liver for later use with chiri-chi and vegetables. It is so delicious with the ankimo that I almost never use ponzu (Japanese sauce made of citrus juice and ponzu citrus juice)... You can choose the number of meat and bones for the chiri, so I suggest ordering about 1 portion (2 portions each) for those who can eat a good amount. The karaage is also excellent. You can enjoy the elasticity and crispiness of the blowfish meat all at once. The zosui (rice porridge) at the end of the meal is good if you order more than 2.5 servings, as the broth from the blowfish can be felt more clearly and it tastes even better. The price is not cheap, but it is definitely one of the best places to visit in winter when the fugu is in season.

First full course of fugu in my life. Fugu🐡 fried fish, it was delicious. The first course was a full course of fugu (pufferfish), but it was very similar to the tengu meat, which tasted very much like chicken meat. However, the fugu fish is not too sweet, and the fish liver shoyu is very tasty. After the first time I tried it, I only enjoyed the white fish and the fried fugu.

My favorite fugu restaurant in Tokyo. The happiness of eating sashimi cut thickly dipped in two types of sauces: chili ponzu and ankimo sauce! You can't miss the boiled jelly and fried fugu either.
