Shinshu Soba and Sakana Sarashina is a famous hand-made soba restaurant with a long history in Chino City. Since its establishment in 1958, this restaurant has been serving fragrant and chewy soba. The 'Jomon Soba,' made from locally sourced buckwheat, is particularly well-regarded, and each visit leaves you impressed by its flavor. In the evenings, it is also popular as an adult space where you can enjoy exquisite dishes paired with delicious sake.
