Sushi Gosuian

This sushi restaurant opened in 2017 in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. The owner has a background from Kitakyushu, and after training and managing a Japanese restaurant in Kochi, he opened a sushi restaurant in his own style. The name of the restaurant, "Gosui-an," was taken from "Gosuido," a calligraphy tool store run by Tsutsui's family. Tsutsui's self-taught sushi techniques and humble personality are part of the restaurant's charm, and he serves sushi that makes the most of local ingredients.

Originally from Kitakyushu, Japan, Tsutsui trained in Japanese cuisine in Kochi and operated a Japanese restaurant for five years before opening his own sushi restaurant in Fukuoka. Tsutsui is a self-taught sushi chef, and his humble personality and professional skills allow him to provide a comfortable atmosphere and cuisine.
