This highly satisfying course starts with three buckwheat noodle preps (e.g. meat tofu, wasabi, meat miso and raw green bell pepper), followed by popular bakudan and salad, a main dish of your choice of nabe, homemade juwari soba, and even sweetness. The content of Soba-mae may change from day to day, so you will encounter new tastes every time you visit.
