Carefully prepared using only Kagoshima Prefecture's Sakurajima chicken, this rich white broth is free of any off-flavors and is a confident creation bursting with umami. Extracted using a unique method that maximizes the chicken's potential. Just before serving, dried sardine broth and chicken fat are added to enhance depth and aroma. It has a creamy texture reminiscent of a potage.
