This is a non-escanciable Chacoli that strongly considers its compatibility with gastronomy and pursues the quality of its flavor. It is a local wine from the trending Basque region. The Basque Country is known as the 'Gourmet Capital of the World' according to the Michelin Guide, making it the most gourmet region in the world. TANTAKA means 'drop by drop' in Basque, and it tells the story of the passionate winemaker Juanjo Tejaeche. Juanjo revived the wines of this land, which his ancestors had made from local grapes, in his hometown of Alto Maña. Additionally, the Alastaria Valley is blessed with abundant water. The magnificent waters flowing from the Nervion Falls become a river of the same name and journey to the sea in Bilbao. This is the Chacoli of a lush land created by water.
