Impressed by the field burning! Visited with a friend and three others in the middle of the night on Sunday. Our order Top tongue Harami Kalbi Field roast (sirloin) Hormone (small intestine, tenmai, top minnow) Liver Seaweed salad Gohan (rice) Kalbi Kuppa Raw Oolong tea orange juice, etc. I especially enjoyed the tongue, the halami, the field roast, and the liver. The tenderness of the tongue is the best! The harami was crispy and tasty. It was my first time to try Nohara-yaki, but it is called the ultimate sukiyaki, and the tenderness of the meat and the fat go well with the sauce and egg. It is the No. 1 meat that makes rice go down a treat! The liver was fresh, so I had it lightly grilled on the surface. (The restaurant staff told us to grill it well.) The service is polite and explanatory, and the restaurant is very clean and neat. The meat was a bit fatty, so it would be nice if they could increase the meat menu to include lighter meats... I would also like to know if there are other tare (sauce) and shio-dare (salt sauce) so that I can enjoy the food without getting tired of it...

Long awaited ♡Jumbo Hongo Sanchome 🙌💕 Nohara-yaki is still too delicious... The 4-second bake rule and the 20-second bake rule I followed them to the letter 😏💓💋. I was so happy to have the roast beef. I only regret that I didn't get to try the top tongue salt: ⚡️ #🍖

The evolution of grilled meat in the Heisei era could not have happened without Jumbo. I am moved by the unique and overwhelming seasoning and the rare cuts that I get to eat.
