Enjoy the aroma of freshly seared bonito tataki from Kagoshima. The chicken dishes include yurinchi, stir-fried red pepper with piri piri, and nabe cooked in a thick broth made of domestic chicken. At the Clione member store, we have partnered with the historic sake brewery Iinuma Honke, which has a history of over 300 years, to specially brew sake that pairs well with traditional Japanese cuisine, recognized even by connoisseurs. Please enjoy the handcrafted sake by master brewer Koichi Kawaguchi, featuring a fragrant taste from low-temperature fermentation of the mash.
Depending on the season, we change the sake rice and will sequentially receive three types of 'Unfiltered Fresh Sake' and one type of 'Once Pasteurized'. Please ask the staff for this month's details. 'This is a fragrant pure rice ginjo sake that has been carefully matured over about 30 days at low temperatures.' Brewer: Koichi Kawaguchi from Iinuma Honke.
The sake rice will be changed according to the season. [Sake Rice] Yukihotaka or Yukihotaka and Yamada Nishiki. Please inquire about the [Sake Meter Value] and [Acidity] with the staff. This limited sake is made from Koshihikari 'Yukihotaka' nurtured by the great nature of Kawaba Village, considering the flavor balance of Junmai Ginjo.

Juzuru Water is natural water drawn from 800 meters underground in Sakurajima, Kagoshima. It is said to be 'water of life' because it contains a lot of natural minerals, including spirulina, which is rich in the foundations of life from 3 billion years ago. Juzuru Water also contains a high amount of natural germanium, which is found in herbal ingredients like ginseng and garlic, and has effects on beautiful skin by helping to eliminate waste from the body. Additionally, due to its small water particles, it is 'ultra-soft water,' which allows for better absorption in the body and helps to prevent hangovers.
