This course allows you to fully enjoy Quattrovalli's cuisine and Italian wines. How about a wine party starting with a toast of sparkling wine, followed by white and red Italian wines from various regions and the marriage of the dishes? The menu changes seasonally.
YEBISU draft beer and house wine are all you can drink. This is a convenient course that can be used from 3 persons to a private party. Alcohol last order after 2 hours from the reserved time. Seating is for 2.5 hours.

We source this from the chef's hometown, Kagawa Prefecture. After neatly trimming the fat and sinew, it is seared at high temperature on the outside while remaining raw on the inside. Please enjoy it with organic arugula and Parmesan cheese.
