In a calm space with only an L-shaped counter, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Dishes made with seafood and black wagyu beef come out one after another, each with an enticing aroma. The dish of beef fillet wrapped in bread was a melting texture that left me impressed. The stracciatella and vegetable dish, as well as the clay pot rice, are exciting in their composition. The interesting use of rare salts and spices, along with the perfect pairing of food and drinks, is delightful. Although it is popular and seats fill up quickly, I am very satisfied with each dish that conveys the careful craftsmanship.
