En Namba es un restaurante tradicional. Hice una reserva para el almuerzo del curso Le Clor y lo visité por primera vez. Me quitaron los zapatos y me llevaron a una habitación en el segundo piso. Era una sala de estilo japonés reformada y convertida en un cuarto privado. Desde el aperitivo hasta el plato principal (pescado o carne) y el postre, se utilizaron ingredientes de temporada y todo estaba muy delicioso. Para mí, que tengo más de 50 años, la porción era abundante y creo que es un plato que requiere tiempo y esfuerzo, así que quedé muy satisfecho. Aunque fue difícil encontrar el lugar, ahora que ya sé cómo llegar, definitivamente quiero volver a este restaurante.

I went to Tenmabashi. There was a nice restaurant just around the corner from the station, where I had lunch with some friends I met at a wine school. The restaurant has three tables seating four people. Lunch is a course only and the price is not expensive, but the quality of the food served is excellent. It was a very satisfying lunch.

Evolue, a French restaurant in Fukushima, is a house restaurant owned and operated by Chef Tatsuto Ogata. The chef's background and accomplishments are impressive, and we were impressed not only by the taste of the food, but also by his attention to detail in the dishes, cutlery, and other details. The lunch course offers delicious dishes according to the season. The temperature egg oufmourette and foie gras were especially interesting and delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the taste of the water, but other than that it was a great experience. I would like to go back to this restaurant.
