In a calm space where you take off your shoes, there are many partitioned seats that allow for relaxation. The dishes are elegant and meticulously flavored, each one conveying a sense of delicacy. Lunch is served in a set style, allowing you to choose the main dish from several options, providing a well-balanced experience. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was very delicious, with a smooth texture that left a strong impression. The horse sashimi offered a taste of both the marbled meat and the mane, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. There were also small bowls like white, rich miso soup, allowing me to leisurely enjoy the flavors of Kumamoto's local cuisine.
