The interior features a gentle color scheme of white and wood, creating a calming atmosphere. I was excited to gaze out the large windows at the city of Fukui and the passing Shinkansen. The morning buffet offered a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western dishes, with the local vegetables and fish dishes being particularly impressive. The omelets made to order right in front of you and the colorful salad bar were so enjoyable that I found myself going back for more. There were also small panna cotta and cereal bars for dessert, satisfying both those with a sweet tooth and those who prefer healthy options. Thanks to the staff's smiles and prompt support, I was able to have a very pleasant morning.
