Deliciousness of high-quality ingredients covered with a batter @ Kitashinchi | Happy to eat good food! I was surprised to see how light the un-skewered shish-kebabs are! The interior of the restaurant is spacious between the L-shaped counter seats, and the low lighting makes you feel at home. The menu consists of two courses, 7,000 yen and 10,000 yen, so I ordered the 10,000 yen course. I was excited to see what would be served in the neat and tidy setting! Cheers! A glass of champagne ¥1200 A beautiful color and fine bubbles, the elegance of the bubbles is enchanting, crisp and very tasty. The sea bream, once kombu-finned, is deep-fried to crispy scales! I have often seen grilled scaly sea bream, but it can also be deep-fried! The texture and the sweetness of the sea bream were emphasized and delicious! The meat part is served with homemade tartar sauce, and the tartar filled with egg goes perfectly with the shrimp! The rest of the dish is seasonal vegetables and a vinegared fruit jelly on top, very refreshing and light! The vinegared oranges are mildly acidic, so they are easy to eat. The name I've never heard before is sweet and crunchy, and I enjoyed the different flavor of the chips on the side! The pork is fried with maximum moistness, so it is very tasty! The pork is fried to keep it as moist and moist as possible, so it's very tasty! Ibaraki Lentil - sweet and crunchy with a crunchy fiber ■ Scallop Carpaccio - gorgeous and beautiful to look at! The scallops are delicious, so there is no need for extra seasoning! I love the way the pulp is so firm. It was so fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth, it was gone so fast I wondered if I had really eaten it. Bonito greens, Takayama manna, asparagus greens, and three kinds of soaked vegetables. I appreciated the small bowls of food like this that were served in between each dish. If we eat only fried food, we get tired of it. Eel That's right! It's unagi (eel)! It's deep-fried eel, but it feels juicier and tastes better! Wrap it in nori (seaweed) and take a bite, and you'll be happy! Ano sweet potato croquette There's a lot of butter inside, so it soaks up all the juices! It's like eating a sweet potato already! It's a dessert, isn't it? Barrow shiitake mushrooms Thick and fragrant! The prototype is very big and surprising! Miyazaki Beef Uni The last skewer of the course is beef! Deep-fried rare and topped with sea urchin They sear the sea urchin with a burner! Then A sprinkling of snow salt is sprinkled on top! Have you ever had such a perfect shish-kebab? The meat is so tender and the sea urchin is so rich! And the salt is just a little bit too subtle! I could eat as many as I want! Nyumen with white onion Finish off your meal gently with a bowl of nyu-men noodles! White onion soup with flat noodles It is gentle and soaks into the five internal organs. It was a little cold that day, so it soaked into me even more. Dessert Gelato of bean-jam persimmon and cheese with yogurt sauce Dessert, too, was refreshingly light and light! We enjoyed it to the last! Above all, you don't feel like you are eating fried food at all! I didn't feel a bit guilty when I was eating fried food, but I had it without thinking of mizin! The ingredients are good, of course, but the thin, light batter fried in clean oil, soda water, and semolina flour is also a must! This seems to be a technique of choice! The rests in between and at the edges were also perfectly timed and well-balanced! I think women will be pleased with fried food on a date because it is so luxurious! In fact, I didn't smell any fried food at all! I would like to visit again in a different season! Thank you very much for the food!
