[First of all, this one! The most popular! (Ribs, loin, shoulder roast) Nannu" is written in the Yaeyama Islands dialect and is called "Painu. Minami" is a dialect of the Yaeyama Islands, and "Nu" is a change of the particle "no". Pai-nu" is the name of a purebred Agu pig (F1 breed) whose father was raised on the Yaeyama Farm's own ranch on Ishigaki Island. He was born in Kofuku Farm and crossed with his mother's Western pig, and is said to be the only "Nannu pig" in Ishigaki Island. It is said to be the only brand of Agu pig in Ishigaki Island. They eat our original fermented fertilizer mixed with pineapple lees and bran from Ishigaki Island. It grows up in the great nature of Ishigaki Island. The meat is tender and juicy! Also, the melting point is lower than other pigs, so you can enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth flavor.
Very Rare! (Ribs, loin, shoulder roast) 99% of the Agu pork in circulation is a crossbreed of one or two breeds. Our restaurant "Kakure" offers "100% purebred" Agu pork, which is rare and valuable, and only 1% of all Agu pigs. It is characterized by its rich collagen and refreshing taste. Unlike Moromi Pork and Nannu Agu, its meat is a bit tough and has an impression like a gibier, but it is said to have about three times more flavor than ordinary pork. It is a special pork raised under the starry sky of "Shojitsu-mura" in Ishigaki Island with the producer's commitment.

Nakama Sake Brewery is located in Miyara, Ishigaki Island, Okinawa Prefecture, and is known as the smallest sake brewery in the prefecture. Since its establishment, it has carefully used wooden steaming machines and traditional pot stills, diligently preserving the methods from 1948. To pursue the locally beloved awamori, it only handles one brand, 'Miyano Tsuru,' and due to being family-run, the production volume is not large. The awamori from Nakama Sake Brewery, which has a strong fan base, is characterized by its unique flavor born from meticulous methods and ingredients.
