One of our signature menu items. Techan Nabe is a hot pot dish that uses a square-shaped flat pot, also known as Chiritori Nabe. It is a local gourmet dish from Osaka, where a mountain of vegetables and chunky offal are boiled together and enjoyed heartily. The Techan Nabe made with carefully selected ingredients is exceptional and sure to be addictive! (Belly, Techan, Mino, Turami, Offal Mix, Vegetables, Bean Sprouts, Kimchi) Available for two servings or more (price is listed per serving)
