[Tokyo Ushigome Kagurazaka] I finally revisited Torimitsu, which had been closed for a while. Perhaps the initial excitement was too overwhelming or I was a bit drunk, but I felt that the grilling might have changed slightly... Still, the yakitori with generous portions and just the right amount of salt was delicious! I conquered all the skewers under the STOP system, plus the chicken soba. Thank you for the meal.

Ushigome-Kagurazaka, Tokyo A new restaurant in the lineage of the famous "Torishiki" restaurant. The specialty is yakitori with the aroma of Japanese herbs. We were invited to visit for the first time. The atmosphere at the counter is very nice. Omakase Course Ordering system: about 12 skewers + chicken soba (buckwheat noodles) for the end of the course. The chicken was wonderfully cooked to my liking, and wonderfully delicious! The sake was also very good, and we had a full list of the sake on the menu. The Shinmasa "Yonotori" sake was much sweeter. I prefer dry sake these days.
