A filling made by mixing pork shoulder loin ground with back fat sourced from a high-quality meat shop. This gyoza does not use chives or garlic, but instead has a light taste with plenty of ginger and added leeks. Despite being called 'ginger,' the ginger flavor is not overpowering, making it suitable for those who are not fond of ginger.

We created this with the aim of making the most delicious vegan gyoza in the world. We use carefully selected soy meat. Thanks to this, we have received numerous praises from people from overseas and Japan.
