This restaurant offers tailor-made dishes for each customer. It is well-loved by regulars and the quality of the food is very high. The chef himself gives a detailed introduction to the restaurant, making it easy for first-time customers to visit. I was particularly surprised by the sweetness of the purée that accompanies the meat dishes. The attention to detail made this a restaurant we hope to return to.
