The restaurant is beautiful and the food is very good.

I was looking forward to the natural mouth-fine blue eel, which turned out to be a delicious eel. The sauce was light and light, with a modest and assuring flavor. We were shown to our seats and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine. This popular restaurant has been selected by Michelin Fukui and I think it deserves the title of a great restaurant. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

The natural eel we received was plump and rich in flavor, with the skin having just the right amount of crispiness that made it hard to put down the chopsticks. The light sauce was subtly sweet, and the refreshing aroma of freshly ground sansho pepper enhanced the aftertaste. The staff's attentive and warm service was comforting, and I felt relieved by the cold tea that was brought to our table. Enjoying the eel while gazing at the lake added a special touch, and after the meal, my anticipation for the next dish naturally increased.
