C'était incroyable comme on le dit ! Cela a commencé par les explications du chef, "gère ton propre anguille !"
J'ai mangé du shira-yaki pour la première fois, et je l'ai dégusté avec du sel. C'était moelleux et la texture était incroyable.
La portion était satisfaisante avec du riz, de la soupe miso, du tofu froid et des tomates, et le riz était à volonté, ce qui était satisfaisant.
L'extérieur et l'intérieur du restaurant ont une ambiance rétro, ce qui est irrésistible pour ceux qui aiment ça, haha.
Après avoir fini de manger, il faut retourner soi-même à la cuisine, sinon on se fait gronder, haha.
Pour les boissons, on peut aller les chercher soi-même au deuxième étage, c'était innovant !

It's very stylish and has a relaxing atmosphere. This time, I ordered a burger, and the buns were light and soft, which I personally liked! In addition to burgers, there are also meat dishes and à la carte options, so I definitely want to enjoy a hearty serving of meat next time!
