They have a variety of meat cuts available, and their house-made dipping sauces pair perfectly. The spacious interior is ideal for families, and the warm hospitality of the staff adds to the charm.
The waitresses were friendly and the meat was delicious.
Oolong tea not listed on the menu, but it was available.
And it was free!
Unfortunately, when I pressed the call button on the table, the button just lit up and I wasn't sure if the waiter actually knew that table XX was calling.
The call button is broken because the waiter did not come to the table when I pressed the button. I would guess that this is the case.
Personally, I wanted to eat a creature, but it wasn't on the menu.

A hidden gem for authentic teppanyaki in Nagata Ward
Located in the competitive teppanyaki district of Kobe, "Boo-chan" is a beloved hidden gem among locals. The sobameshi, made with a perfectly balanced sweet and spicy sauce, is aromatic and delicious. In a warm, izakaya-like atmosphere, you can relax and enjoy a moment with a beer. This restaurant, where you can savor a variety of teppanyaki dishes, is definitely worth a visit.
In the store with a live fish tank, you can enjoy seafood that is freshly prepared on the spot. It uses fresh seafood from Awaji Island and locally sourced vegetables, offering a variety of options to enjoy. You can savor a series of dishes including thinly sliced fugu, fried dishes, fugu hot pot, and finishing with a rice porridge, leaving you satisfied. The freshly prepared fish is so fresh that it still moves, which is both surprising and exciting. After the renovation, there are now table seats, making it easy to spend time even in a wheelchair. The staff is kind, and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the homemade dessert after the meal.
The thin udon noodles are smooth and have a very good texture. The shrimp tempura and chicken tempura are crispy and light, perfectly complementing the udon. The bokkake is soft and tender, with a strong umami flavor from the broth. The cold bukkake is refreshing with grated daikon and sudachi, keeping it interesting until the end. The curry udon has a moderate spiciness from the spices, and the aroma spreads gently. The small interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and there are also a la carte options, allowing for a relaxed evening experience.

The atmosphere is warm, with a counter and tables, making it comfortable. The modern grilled dish has a fluffy dough and a nostalgic flavor that I liked. The yakisoba has chewy noodles, plenty of ingredients, and the sauce is well-coated, making it the best. The oil scraps menu and the beef sinew dish are also fragrant, and the combination with bean sprouts is really great. There are plenty of snacks that go well with alcohol, such as garlic chicken and okonomiyaki, and they are all delicious. Both the staff and customers are kind, making it a pleasant place to spend time.
