[SHOKUDO YArn] I joined YArn as an apprentice 🙇♂️ (I lied 😁) I met Mr. and Mrs. Yoneda every time I was in Tokyo, so it was kind of strange ☺️ I find myself unconsciously smiling because of the delicious taste.
It was the first time for me to taste it in the innovative category without any falsehood! I thought.
The teamwork, care and agility of everyone in the restaurant.
It was comfortable, enjoyable, delicious, and I felt extremely fulfilled!
I am truly happy to be able to confront the cuisine at this moment. ☀️

You can take a tour of the sake brewery and learn about sake in a gentle manner. After that, you are led to the 'sake room,' where you can enjoy tasting in a beautiful and quiet space. Even the same cup of sake tastes different when you change the temperature or the vessel, which is very interesting. Softening water is also provided, allowing you to enjoy it in a relaxed manner. You can try local snacks and sake rice, and compare flavors while feeling their compatibility. From the tour to the time at the counter, and finally to the shop, I was excited the whole time, and a pleasant aftertaste lingered.
The interior is vibrant and nostalgic, making you feel excited the moment you enter. The authentic tacos allow you to freely choose the type of tortilla, ingredients, and spiciness, so you can enjoy a unique creation just for yourself. The crispy fried carrot snacks are irresistibly delicious. The churros for dessert are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, bringing a smile to your face. There is a wide selection of beer and tequila that pairs perfectly with the dishes. The staff is friendly and speaks English, so you can relax and enjoy your time no matter who you come with.

I can enjoy the deliciousness of each season, and it always excites me. Of course, there are crabs and mountain vegetables, but the seasonal seafood is perfectly prepared whether grilled, as sashimi, or fried. The dishes made with yellowtail and various delicacies are impressive, making the selection process enjoyable as well. The selection of sake is amazing, and I am delighted to encounter everything from local brews to rare brands. The vinegared dishes with cod milt and sea cucumber are refreshing and pair perfectly with sake. The texture of the fresh Komatsu udon is great, and it has a nice chewiness, leaving me satisfied until the end.

Due to the Golden Week, the reservation was only for private rooms, and it was 300 yen per person, but the view from the detached room in the courtyard was nice, the service was attentive, and it was worth more than the price! The serving time was also very smooth. It would be nice if there were instructions on how to drink matcha somewhere.
