SHOKUDO YArn

It features a calm, modern Japanese-style atmosphere with a sophisticated and simple design. The warm wood and chic colors of the interior harmonize with each other, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for a peaceful and leisurely stay.

SHÓKUDŌ YArn opened in August 2015. The restaurant's name, "Yarn," means "knitting thread," and it is meant to express the restaurant's desire to twist various essences together to create dishes that can only be expressed here.

Born in Ishikawa, Japan. After graduating from university, Yuji Yoneda went to Italy to study for five and a half years. Along the way, his current wife, Asami, also went to Europe, where they both studied at starred restaurants in Italy and Spain. After returning to Japan in 2007, they married and studied Japanese cuisine at a Japanese restaurant in Komatsu City before opening SHÓKUDŌ YArn in August 2015.
