J'ai visité le restaurant un lundi de juin. L'ouverture était à 11 heures, et je suis arrivé juste à temps, mais déjà une dizaine de clients attendaient à l'extérieur du restaurant. (Le restaurant ne souhaite pas que les clients fassent la queue, un panneau indique 'Veuillez ne pas faire la queue'. À 11 heures, le restaurant a ouvert et les clients ayant réservé ont été dirigés vers la salle à manger au deuxième étage (tables). Le deuxième étage est spacieux, avec près de 20 tables, pouvant accueillir environ 80 personnes. J'ai commandé le plat phare du restaurant, le bol de kinme, à partir du menu déjeuner axé sur le kinme. Le plat comprend quatre morceaux de kinme grillé au teriyaki, quatre morceaux de sashimi de kinme grillé côté peau, et du sashimi de poisson frais. Cela vient avec une soupe de poisson, un bouillon pour le chazuke, et des pickles. Pour 2200 ¥, c'est vraiment pas cher. Le paiement se fait principalement en espèces. Cependant, seul PayPay est accepté. (Les cartes de crédit ne sont pas acceptées.)
