This was my first visit to my mother. It was a meat course, but it had an interesting mix of Italian and Japanese essences, and the food was delicious. The restaurant had a luxurious counter seating in Gion, where I could enjoy the course meal slowly. Thank you for the meal.
As you walk along the stone pavement of Pontocho, you enter a lovely shop with the atmosphere of a traditional town house. It's exciting to see Kobe beef and Kyoto vegetables being grilled right in front of you on the iron plate. The A5 red meat steak is cooked just right, tender, and has a strong aroma of meat. The assorted appetizers are beautifully arranged with roast beef, simmered dishes, and bite-sized cutlets, making the changes in flavor enjoyable. The braised brisket, fluffy rice, and clear soup are all prepared with care, and the dessert of dumplings and sorbet is refreshing. The counter has a good sense of distance, and there are private rooms where you can relax comfortably.
