The main dining area of the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel, this restaurant features grilled dishes that skillfully utilize fresh ingredients from Shinshu, along with warm hospitality. The dishes that showcase the tender and delicious Shinshu Premium Beef are particularly exquisite. As a popular spot in Nakakaruizawa loved by locals, it offers a wonderful culinary experience to many visitors.

J'ai pris le menu déjeuner. Tout était tellement délicieux que j'étais ému. Je veux absolument y retourner ! L'ambiance à l'intérieur était également très agréable, et le maître était très amical en discutant.
The building has a sense of history, and the space where soft light filters in feels very pleasant. The small rice croquettes have a gentle aroma of beans that spreads out, creating excitement from the very beginning. The appetizer featuring Shinshu salmon paired with fermented red cabbage and stracciatella offers a rich and thick flavor. The dish of squid with roe and fruit tomatoes has an irresistible contrast between a crispy texture and juiciness. The dish of white asparagus mixed with eggs and cheese is simply delicious and brings happiness. The unique staff and the music create a comfortable atmosphere, and the quality of the ingredients is clearly conveyed in every dish.
Located a 5-minute walk from Nakakaruizawa Station, this izakaya offers Shinshu cuisine. A popular menu item is Shinshu's specialty, juicy-tasting grilled chicken with bandits.
This is the restaurant where the matron and Shion dined during 7TH WEEK.
We went at 3:00 p.m., so it was a private party.
The kids (3 and 2 years old) went straight for their toys as soon as we entered the store, and we stayed for less than an hour.
There were many kinds of coffee and the juice I ordered for the kids was delicious.
The toilets for children and ladies are located at the end of the hallway where you take off your shoes, so you don't have to take off your shoes and change them at home.
This is the first time I've been able to do this in a cafe, and that alone was very satisfying.
It was a very satisfying cafe for both children and adults.
I would like to come back for lunch next time.
Thank you very much.
The restaurant offers dishes lavishly prepared with delicious vegetables from Karuizawa.
The pizzas with plenty of ingredients and excellent baking are superb.
To savor the vegetables, be sure to order not only pizza but also salad and caprese!
A hidden gem in Karuizawa with a wide selection of local beers and diverse snacks
At Good Afternoon, you can enjoy delicious dishes alongside a variety of local beers in a stylish Karuizawa atmosphere. The Amela tomato margherita pizza is particularly popular, featuring a perfect harmony of sweet tomatoes and melting cheese. It's a family-friendly spot where you can have a delightful dining experience.
In a calm space resembling a Western-style mansion, you can enjoy your meal surrounded by tastefully chosen furniture. You can gaze at the flowers in the garden, and the dishes are adorned with garden flowers, making them visually stunning. Bite-sized small appetizers appear one after another, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. The Shinshu salmon, local vegetables, and handmade prosciutto are impressive and pair well with Shinshu wine. The Shinshu chicken cutlet is fragrant and becomes more satisfying as you continue to eat. The final carbonara allows you to choose the portion size and has a light flavor that doesn't rely on heavy cream.
The vegetables were delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. It was great that dogs were allowed inside the store. The staff were also very pleasant, making it a highly satisfying place.
Exquisite cuisine enjoyed in a comfortable atmosphere
Le Bon Vibon is a restaurant located in Karuizawa, where you can savor dishes crafted with carefully selected ingredients and warm hospitality from the chef. The main dishes that highlight the flavor of Japanese green pepper and the richly aromatic bread are particularly well-regarded. You can undoubtedly enjoy a pleasant time in a tranquil setting.
I enjoyed the river fish! I ate so many for the first time. It was very tasty. The eel at the end of the meal was the best.
The service by the lovely female waitress was very good! Thank you very much!

The experience was many times more impressive than my last visit, and the deliciousness was truly captivating.

Thank you for the meal, and I look forward to coming again next year.
